Arrived at 11:45am for lunch. The place was busy and the wait in line was typical. They were staffed well and had a full choice of foods available. The service was friendly and fast. The dining area was clean and being actively maintained.
Overall, a great dining experience. Way to go!
Food is good, but the drive thru is a problem. I'm not sure if people are just not sure how to order or what, but cars are lined up into the parking lot sometimes and it takes 5 minutes or more for one car to order. Be prepared for a long wait.
Best Panda Express location I've ever been too. Actually had everything hot and ready. Only complaint is the dining area is small.
We got to panda at 11:30 and There was a note on the door saying the lobby will be open at 12. We waited the 30 minutes and they changed the note on door right before noon saying 2pm instead. When everyone tried to enter the female manager was very rude. We went through the drive thru and the portion size was so small compared to what it usually is. If I could give 0 starts I would.
This was our first time visiting and we were very excited to try, we walked in and talked to the lady at the counter expecting good customer service. But instead was backlashed with rude and completely unprofessional and unnecessary commentary. Needless to say this will be our last time visiting this location. Very disappointed as someone who has worked in food/customer service for years I know behind the counter can be stressful but never take it out on your customers.
So how about updating the details on hours of service? So if you close dining area early you show that. Expecting to be ok til 930p but then 3 employees remind you numerous times that the dining area closes at 9p…then keep suggesting we will bring the food outside to you. Lighten up folks.
I was very disappointed on how you guys portion the food. You guys should get a scale to portion the food. At the end of the day, all we want as a paying customer is to get our money’s worth. Charge us a little more if you want, but put enough food on the damn plate. Thanks you
